Q: How long does it take for my business listing to go live in TheBlueZero.Com Business Directory?
A: It usually takes 24 hours for a completed new listing to go live on TheBlueZero.Com
Q: Do I need a website to advertise with TheBlueZero.Com?
A: No. When you sign up, you can use your TheBlueZero.Com profile page to give consumers an in-depth view to your business while giving you much needed web presence. Remember, you new online business address is OUR COMPANY / YOUR COMPANY. For example, if your business is Coldwell Dentists, your new web address will be www.TheBlueZero.com/coldwelldentists. You have immediate web presence without the need for an expensive website. If you do have a website, simply enter your URL in the box and in your profile, your business name will allow customers to go to your website from your profile. There is no pay-per-click. It’s Free!!!
Q. How do I edit and manage my online advertising?
A: Just log in using your username and password or e-mail address and password. Click on My Business. This gives you access to all of your businesses. Select the one you want and you can update your ad, update photos, make changes to your account and respond to user reviews 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Q. When I make changes to my advertisement, when can I see them online?
A: When you initially sign up, it takes 24 hours for your business to be posted. You’re your profile is online, changes are immediate.
Q. I've lost my password or can't log into My Account. What do I do?
A: Click the Login Menu in the upper right hand corner. Click on Existing User, then click “Forgot Password.” Enter the e-mail us used when signing up and your password will be e-mailed to that address.
Q: When do I get billed?
A: If you have selected the monthly option, we bill every 30 days from the date you sign up (at the end of your 30 day billing cycle). If you select quarterly, you will be billed every 3 months. Every 6 months if you are bi-annual and 365 days if you select annual billing.
