NOTE: Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Upgrades and trial extensions are non-refundable.

Before contacting TheBlueZero.Com you will need:    

  • The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed receipt;
  •    
  • Your mailing address; and
  •    
  • A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.
  • Refund Policy

    Refunds or Exchanges will only be issued within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

    If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase.

    Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim (i.e.: the price paid less shipping and local taxes) will be processed through the same method as the original payment. In addition, TheBlueZero.Com will not refund the 10% portion of your purchase earmarked for our Scholarship.

    In the event that a product is found to be defective or the product description misrepresents the product a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of TheBlueZero.Com staff.

    Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has worked with the Vendor to fix the problem.

    When a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product and may not re-distribute the product.

    Product availability: Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise. TheBlueZero.Com will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them.

    Shippable Products

    The same refund information for Digital products apply. TheBlueZero.Com will not be liable for shipments lost in the mail. Items damaged in the mail can be replaced if returned to us.

    In the unlikely event of manufacturing error, defect, or damage you may notify TheBlueZero.Com within 24 hours after you have received your product and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. TheBlueZero.Com reserves the right to determine validity of claims of manufacture errors, defects, or damage.
